Forum Upgrade

The forum has now been upgraded to PHPBB3 for the simple reason it offer's things that will be handy for the forum, and moving with the times is better since more options become available, the downside is somethings will not be available for a while like the quick reply box, the portal view and the smilies playing up and not been able to be updated to more suitable ones.

In time when PHPBB have released released fixes for these things MYFF will begin working on there own things for PHPBB3 but for now we have to bare with them and accept that somethings will not happen for a good several months to a year, the quick reply will hopefully take less time but if it doesn't then we will have to accept it.
